The trust carries on the following service-Oriented activities in Ahmedabad viz.:-
- MEDICAL HELP to poor patients.
- Supply of educational books, school uniforms, bags and shoes to deserving poor students, providing – Ceiling fans, Television sets, Clothes and medicines to HOSTEL meant for very poor students. Nearly 200 students are beneficiaries of this shceme annually.
- Some destitute women, disabled persons, few families with practically no source of income do receive SAI’S Grace in the form of school Fees, Stationary, Medical help and monthly provisions like grains, cooking oil etc. it needs, on an average, an amount of Rs 1000/ - per month for the sustenance of one family.
- To raise resources to meet the financial needs the trust has organized musical (devotional) Concerts by having invited artist like Shri Anup Jalota, Shri Manhar Udhas, & Shri Ravi Raj.
- Blood Donation Camps are also organized with the help of “Local Blood Banks” of Ahmedabad.
- “It is a matter of pride to add to the above information that Shree Sai’s grace has since been extended to very poor and highly meritorious students of professional courses like medicines, engineering, charted accountancy etc.”

On the 26th January 2001 an earthquake of devastating magnitude struck Gujarat-mainly Kutchh and Saurashtra regions, leaving behind in its wake a trail of unprecedented destruction in terms of lives & property.
A Conglomeration of NRI friends “Hindu Temple of Eastern Shore. Salisbury Maryland (USA)” remitted an amount of $35,000/- with advice to utilize it for distribution of relief material. Accordingly a survey of affected areas in Bhachau (Taluka) Dist.of Kachh, was carried out and relief material distributed to 1000 needy families.
